How does working for Patriot Nursing work?

Patriot Nursing is a family owned and operated business, who always seeks to put our staff in the best places possible. We operate using a software platform called Nextcrew. Within the Nextcrew application you will be able to find all the resources you need to show up ready to work for your shifts!

Through the Nextcrew phone application, you can see all available shifts at facilities that we have. At this point when you find one you would like to work, click “Interested” in this shift. Once you click interested, our internal staff/facility you are interested in, gets a notification. If you are chosen to work this shift you will receive a confirmation notification, email, and SMS text message if you have signed up for them!

This shift will now be placed on your calendar schedule which is visible from your next crew application! At this point at the day of the shift, follow the instructions to clock-in and clock-out of your shift and you will on your way to making money!
